Amounts shown include tax

Basic fee: 4,400 yen per hour (tax included)
Late-night hours (22:00-5:00) basic fee 5500 yen per hour (tax included)
For use in excess of the contracted time, the fee is increased by 25% per hour to 5,500 yen per hour (tax included) for each hour in excess of the contracted time.
Late night hours + 6,875 yen per hour for overtime (tax included)
Minimum of 2 hours (the set usage time includes the time from pick-up from the garage to return to the garage).
When the driver drives to work in his/her own vehicle, the customer is also responsible for the cost of the nearest transportation and parking fees, if any.

No additional charge based on mileage
Additional expenses such as toll road tolls, gasoline, parking fees, etc. are paid on a case-by-case basis.
If overnight accommodations are required, crew members' lodging (one night and two meals) is at the expense of the customer.
If the transportation used by the driver to return home ends after the work is completed, please pay 8,000 yen separately at the end of the work as driver accommodation fee

About Vehicle Insurance

For vehicles driven by our drivers, customers are required to purchase their own liability and voluntary insurance.

As for voluntary insurance, the following coverage is required as a minimum

Vehicle damage insurance Over market value
  Bodily injury insurance unlimited
  Property damage insurance 5 million yen or more
  Passenger damage insurance 10 million yen or more

The customer is also responsible for the deductible amount.
If the vehicle used is a rental vehicle, the customer is responsible for the deductible for repairs to the rental vehicle.
