Point:Whether you want to travel from your own home to a distant location or from a distant location to your home or airport, with this one unit you can complete the journey with zero transfers, provided that one side is within the operating area. Even if the other end of the journey is in a location outside the area, such as Narita Airport or the Boso Peninsula, you can use this unit if the destination is Saitama City or the Tokyo 23 wards.

However, if the other end (pickup or drop-off location) is within the sales area, we can accommodate that.

How to calculate the number of people, vehicles, and fares

Point for the price:There are no additional fees based on the vehicle type, nor are there any charges for late or early hours. Frequently asked questions
Do both the departure point and the destination have to be within the operating area?
No. We can accept requests for services if one of the parties is within the service area. It’s okay if the “home address (Saitama City or Tokyo’s 23 wards)” is within the area and the destination is far away.
Can you also rely on Narita Airport or areas in Chiba Prefecture (such as the Bungo region)?
Yes. Chiba Prefecture, including Narita Airport and the Boso Peninsula, is not within the operating area, but we can accommodate requests for flights to and from destinations within the area such as Saitama City and the Tokyo 23 wards. For example, you can use one ticket to travel from Saitama City to Narita Airport or from Haneda Airport to Kanayama.
Can you rely on it from outside the region?
This service is not available if both the pickup and drop-off locations are outside the operating area (e.g., from Chiba City to Kanagawa Prefecture). Please consider routes where one of the locations is within the area. If you are unsure about which one to choose, please let us know the departure and destination locations as is. We will confirm the details.
Is the price higher for long-distance flights?
It varies depending on distance and time, but there are no additional charges for adding additional vehicles or for late-night rates. By sharing the cost with other passengers, the cost per person is reduced. A specific estimate will be provided in the quote.
