Attended the 33rd Saitama Prefecture Citizens' Convention for the Elimination of Violence and Prevention of Drug Abuse
In December 2023, I attended the 33rd Saitama Prefecture Citizens' Convention for the Elimination of Violence and Prevention of Drug Abuse held at Saitama Kaikan.
Many local government officials, businesses, and civic groups gathered at the event, and the venue was filled with a serious atmosphere and passion for the community.
As a transportation operator with deep roots in the community, Heiwa Kanko Co., Ltd. also provided a valuable opportunity to reconfirm our awareness of crime prevention and safety.

Declaration of elimination of anti-social forces such as organized crime groups
At the convention, a declaration was made with a strong commitment to "cutting off relations with antisocial forces" and "creating a society that does not tolerate drugs.
Each word read from the podium reached firmly into the hearts of the participants, and the entire venue was filled with a sense of unity as they quietly nodded their heads in agreement.
We, as a company, have and will continue to have nothing to do with antisocial forces and pledge once again to provide safe and reliable services.
Community Relations and Future Initiatives
You may feel that you have few opportunities to be directly involved in crime prevention, disaster prevention, and drug abuse prevention in your daily work, but there are many ways in which you can contribute to "safe living" in the community through the means of transportation, such as jumbo cabs and wagon cabs.
We will continue to fulfill our social responsibility as a transportation operator while placing importance on cooperation with local communities.
Participating in an event like the convention was a good opportunity for us to rethink our position.
