This page provides information on cancellation fees and additional charges (actual costs and extended fees) for reservations, as well as payment methods. The basic fare is designed to be easy to read, with no additional charges based on vehicle type, nor any late or early morning surcharge. However, there are times when cancellations or extended stays may result in additional costs. Knowing this in advance will allow you to use the service with confidence until the day of your departure.

About cancellation fees

If you cancel after booking, we will charge the following cancellation fees depending on the remaining time until the departure date. This is because we have secured the vehicle arrangement, so the rate increases the closer the departure date is.

Point:If you anticipate any changes to your schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Consulting at an early stage can reduce cancellation fees when the schedule is likely to change.

Additional costs (actual fees and extended fees)

The fares do not include additional charges based on the vehicle type, nor do they include any surcharge for late or early morning hours. In addition, depending on your usage, you may be charged the following fees separately.

Cost of ownership

Fees for paid roads and highways, entrance fees to facilities, and parking fees are charged at the actual cost.

Extension fees

If the scheduled time is exceeded, an additional 3,220 yen will be added every 0.5 hours. The additional time will be settled on the day using cash or credit card.

Whether either of these services will be available will depend on the itinerary you choose. If you let us know at the time of booking whether you plan to stop or wait, we will provide you with an estimate in advance.

Payment method (prepaid lump sum payment)

Payment can be made in one of two ways (both require advance payment in full).

① Bank transfer (prepaid lump sum payment)

Please transfer the funds to the bank account designated by Jumbo Taxi.com (Peace Tourism Co., Ltd.) by the due date.

② Credit card (prepaid lump sum payment)

Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club are accepted. We will email you a web link to the credit card payment page with the fare details, so please proceed from there. The payment link connects directly to the payment processing company, so we will not obtain your card information.

Please check:Visa and Mastercard use domestic payment processing companies, while JCB, American Express, and Diners Club use overseas payment processing companies. Therefore, the card usage details may appear as overseas payments, but the payment currency is yen. Please keep the payment completion notification email for your records.
