How many large suitcases can be loaded?
Depending on the type of vehicle and size of luggage, please consult with us about 5-7 large suitcases. Please let us know the number and size of your luggage and we will let you know if we can help.
Where can I be dropped off at Tokyo Station?
You can get off at the Yaesu Exit, Marunouchi Exit or any other location of your choice. Please inform us at the time of booking.
Can you pick me up in time for the bullet train?
Yes, if you inform us of the departure time of the bullet train, we will suggest a pick-up time with enough time to spare. Please be assured that the schedule will take into account the traffic situation.
