On 21 January 2024, some members of the Taxi and Hire Department of Heiwa Kanko Co Ltd held a New Year's party in the Minami Gin area of Omiya Ward, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. This area has many customers who use Heiwa Kanko taxis and is a place where many taxis gather, especially during the evening hours. Of course, I, a staff member of JumboTaxi.com, which provides Jumbo Taxi (wagon taxi) hire services, also attended the party.
Heiwa Kanko taxis do not operate in the Nan Gin area during the daytime, but gather along the old Nakasendo Road at night around 9-10pm.
